High Road Craft Ice Cream is a group of chefs passionate about making ice cream for other chefs and for food enthusiasts. We pasteurize our own dairy. We buy regionally-sourced nuts, milk, and berries. We find ideas for new flavors in places near and far, and we strive to honor the people and cultures that inspire us.
