No one understands the life of a chef quite like a fellow chef.  We’re proud to have over 10 full-time chefs on our team. They have worked the line, know the grind and bring years of experience to the table. 

It takes time, patience and culinary knowledge to make great ice cream. Each of our chefs play a part in the entire product development process – from flavor R&D to production at-scale. Our process is based on time-tested techniques including vat pasteurization and low-and-slow mix aging.
