We take our formulations, recipes and processes seriously. Our mix is based on the traditional French pastry technique, Crème Anglaise, using more egg yolks, cream and butterfat than your everyday ice cream. Our ingredients are diligently sourced, picking only top-of-the-line options for our products. Our mix is aged up to 24 hours to get a texture that will knock your socks off. All in all, this stuff doesn't kid around.
Low-and-slow pasteurization creates the subtle smoothness, rich texture and glorious flavor in our mixes.
