The Daily 003: Rebecca Makes Buttered Popcorn Ice Cream

Almost every day chefs call in to make a request for a special flavor or variation on a dessert. Today it was about an iconic Atlanta movie theater.

Rebecca is the queen of flavor research and deliciousness at High Road. She develops and tests many of the flavors you know and love today.

A few weeks ago Atlanta Chef Joey Ward called with a rather unique request. A Buttered Popcorn ice cream for a special event dinner at the Atlanta Film Festival. But not just any popcorn would do. The popcorn HAD to come from a very specific, very iconic movie theater in downtown Atlanta.
