Panela is an unrefined cane sugar product used widely in this region. Keith and Christian explore a sugar cane plantation where they get up close and personal with machetes, mountains and the incredible panela.

Christian has impressed everyone here with his machete and sugar cane grinding skills. We might have to make some room in the facility for one of those sugar cane grinders, that looks like a great workout.
